ALSA Indonesia held its first Legal Training and Workshop in collaboration with Makarim & Taira S., focusing on the "Legal Basis of Asset Acquisitions in Merger & Acquisition." The event included opening remarks from ALSA President Delvino, a welcome address by Managing Partner Maria Sagrado, and a presentation on acquisition strategies by Rahayu Ningsih Hoed, Senior Partner at Makarim & Taira S. Participants engaged in a case brief explanation, negotiation simulation, and group case presentations led by lawyers from Makarim & Taira S. Awards were presented to Haydar and Nicholas Aurelius K. as Best Participants, Anandersah Sinaga and Sandy Octavian E. received Honorable Mentions, and Group 2 was named BestGroup. The event concluded with an office tour, showcasing the partnership between ALSA Indonesia and Makarim & Taira S. in advancing legal education.
